David Wiltshire Photography is not only a long established and successful photography business it also thrives in photographic retail. The shop (and studio) is located in George Street Warminster. We have one of the largest collections of ready made frames in the west, as well as a professional printing Lab and the latest instant kiosk technology. Our friendly staff are always on hand to guide you through the process.
Over the years our school photography has grown and along with our military group photography has become the mainstay of our day-to-day business. We travel all over the south-west to a wide variety of schools taking everything from individuals and sibling photos to class, teams, house and whole school photos, as well as marketing and sports shots. Military photography has been with us since day one, we now travel all over the country taking groups big and small. We have our own purpose-built staging for taking groups from 50 to 500.
Our History
David Wiltshire Photography has over 50 years experience in the ever changing world of photography. David Wiltshire started the business in 1971 having previously worked for a large photographic business in Oxford.
David chose Warminster as an ideal base for his new business - located in the heart of Wiltshire between Bath and Salisbury. It proved to be the perfect place, fabulous locations right on the doorstep and Warminster continues to be a thriving business centre. Over 30 years ago David was joined by Business Partner, Jon Edkins. Jon had trained in a large photographic company in the Midlands, where he gained experience in all technical aspects of photography and printing, being responsible for quality under tight deadlines.
